Celebrating Our Industry Awards

This weekend was a special one for everyone at Blackbird Worldwide as we attended the industry awards!

For us, it wasn't just about attending an awards event. It was a chance to pause, look around the room and appreciate how far we've come.

Celebrating Rikki & Dolly

One of the biggest highlights of the day was seeing Rikki and Dolly recognised for everything they have been achieving.

Their recognition is a reflection of the hard work, commitment and consistency they've shown throughout their journey, and it was brilliant to see that recognised alongside some of the industry's best.

We're incredibly proud of them and everything they've achieved so far.

Two Years of Building Blackbird

The event felt even more significant because of where Blackbird is today compared with where we started.

For the last couple of years, we've been quietly building in Maidstone.

We've focused on creating a strong foundation, developing our people, building relationships with our partners and creating a team that we're genuinely proud of.

There have been plenty of lessons, challenges and milestones along the way, but we've always believed in what we're building.

To now attend an industry event as Blackbird Worldwide and see members of our team recognised for their achievements made the whole journey feel very real.

It's About the Team

Although awards naturally shine a spotlight on individuals, we know that no achievement happens in isolation.

Behind every milestone is a team.

We're incredibly proud of the people behind Blackbird, from MD Lloyd and Amber to every member of the wider team who contributes to what we're building every day.

It's the people, the support and the culture we've created together that make these moments so meaningful.

And We're Only Getting Started

There is something exciting about being able to look back at the last couple of years and see how much has changed, while knowing there's still so much ahead.

This weekend was a chance to celebrate how far we've come.

But more importantly, it gave us another reason to be excited about where we're going.

We're proud to be building Blackbird in Maidstone, proud of our team and proud to see our people being recognised for what they're achieving.
